Thecampusonline has access to the competence to conduct group discussions and video-tape them for recruiters. We can then send test papers and videos to the company’s desk in order to shortlist candidates for interviews.
From among the shortlisted candidates, Thecampusonline can arrange for a video conference of select candidates with the recruiting company at a time specified by them.
