Thecampusonline is the first recruitment portal in India developing a video interface between prospective employers and job-seekers.
Thecampusonline requires registered job-seekers who have a webcam, to be available online if they wish to be so recruited. If a company shows interest in recruiting such a job-seeker, Thecampusonline will send a text message asking the job-seeker to join the recruiter for a video conference. If both parties see a proper fitment, there is a chance of a quick recruitment.
In case the job-seeker is not online, Thecampusonline will send a mail, on behalf of the recruiter, to be available online at a specified time to facilitate a video conference.
