Thecampusonline is introducing, for the first time, the facility of conducting online interviews between recruiting companies and short-listed candidates.
Once recruiters short-list candidates, Thecampusonline would help conduct video conferences of the company with each of them, at specified time slots. This would save companies the pain of calling candidates individually to their office and interviewing them. This service would be available in our main portal shortly.
