Thecampusonline is the first recruitment portal to facilitate a video interface between job-seekers and companies offering employment.
After registering with Thecampusonline, candidates are requested to be online for long periods of time. Once a recruiter/company evinces an interest in a candidate’s profile registered with Thecampusonline, a text message will be sent to the candidates requesting them to join the recruiter/company on a video conference, using a webcam.If the candidate is not online, Thecampusonline will send an e-mail to the candidates requesting them to be online at specified time for video conference with the interested recruiter/company.
